Mother of the Bride in London

Emily spoke as ‘mother of the bride’ in Richmond, on the Thames, prior to her daughter Sarah’s wedding with Alexis at Kew Gardens.

Amazingly London was sunny and warm in April for the whole of Easter Weekend which allowed the wedding participants to share in pub dinners, the London Eye, Easter Sunday on the lawn at the 900-year-old church in Harrow on the Hill, followed by a Sunday lunch in the garden of the Castle Pub, not to be surpassed by the rehearsal lunch on the River in Richmond and of course, the wedding at the Conservatory, the drinks at the Princess Diana Botanical Gardens, and the dinner at the Orangery where a cherry tree sat on top of the bar and the DJ was accompanied with a live Sax player.
