Emily went through horrific Hurricane Ian in Naples, FL

Hurricane Ian came with aplomb sending a 13-foot of Gulf of Mexico surge through the Pelican Bay Area where Emily lives.

Her ground-floor apartment miraculously survived, but their car did not.

The amount of devastation to the landscaping and beach area in Pelican Bay was significant with the probability of recovery set for some time in 2023 – 2025.

The devastation was more than Hurricane Irma as buildings can withstand the wind, but flooding is a different story.

Emily has worked with her Board at her condo on the recovery efforts and participated in the Pelican Bay discussions on the future of their beach clubs.
